Terms & Conditions

The terms for using this website and the relationship between these policies and your signed service agreement.

Updated 7 October 2026

1. The service provider

Gratia Group is the registered trading name of Individual Entrepreneur Gratia Group, identification number 131293036, registered in Georgia (the country). Registered office: Telavi, Kakheti, Georgia, 2200. Contact: info@gratiagroup.co.uk.

These terms apply to websites operated by Gratia Group. The use of a UK domain name does not mean the business is registered in the United Kingdom.

2. How a service engagement is agreed

Website descriptions and conversations introduce our services. An engagement is agreed through a written Client Service Agreement and the relevant Scope Sheet or Statement of Work.

That agreement sets out the supported environment, authorised work, service hours, response arrangements, deliverables, fees, licensing requirements and exclusions. Where a signed engagement expressly differs from these website policies, its agreed terms take precedence for that engagement, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Sending an enquiry, using the calculator or arranging a discovery call does not by itself create a service contract or book paid work.

3. Services and professional boundaries

Services may include Microsoft 365 security assessments, authorised remediation, Managed Compliance, Managed IT and standalone Microsoft 365 administration, as specified in the engagement.

Assessments are management tools for the client's internal use. They are not independent audits, certification or assurance engagements and do not confer regulatory conformity or certification status. Where we implemented a control being reviewed, that involvement is disclosed.

We do not provide legal, tax or insurance advice. Technical improvements and evidence do not guarantee complete legal compliance, insurance cover, acceptance by an auditor or third party, or freedom from future incidents.

4. Pricing and payment

Published prices and calculator results are indicative planning estimates in USD. Regional rates reflect the service market and are not currency conversions. A written quote confirms applicable taxes, minimum fees, onboarding, supported scope and any additional project costs.

Onboarding is a separate one-off charge where stated; it is not included in the recurring fee unless the signed agreement explicitly says so. Assessment, remediation and ongoing management are separate services unless bundled in the quote.

Payment dates, invoice terms and any agreed changes are governed by the signed engagement. Using the website does not authorise a charge to you.

5. Software and third-party services

Gratia Group does not sell, resell or act as a licensing intermediary for Microsoft 365 or other third-party software. Clients buy and own their licences directly through Microsoft or their existing licensing partner.

Our fees cover agreed advisory work, assessment, configuration and management. Third-party licensing, subscriptions and supplier charges are separate unless the written quote expressly includes them. Capabilities such as Conditional Access and Intune require suitable licensing.

Third-party products remain subject to their suppliers' terms, availability and restrictions. External website links are provided for convenience; we do not control those websites.

6. Access, changes and client responsibilities

A client must have authority to request the work and to grant access to its systems and information. Accurate environment details, authorised contacts, necessary access and decisions must be available as agreed.

System changes, testing, maintenance windows and backup or restoration responsibilities are governed by the scope. An assessment does not include implementation simply because it identifies a finding.

Automated monitoring may operate around the clock. Human help desk support is provided within the agreed service hours. A reference to 24/7 monitoring is not a promise of 24/7 human support or immediate resolution.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

Client system access, confidentiality and processing of client-controlled personal data are governed by the engagement's written terms and documented instructions. Where required, data-processing and international-transfer terms must be agreed before relevant access begins.

Our Privacy Policy explains our use of business contact and website information. Do not include passwords or sensitive records in a website enquiry.

8. Website use and content

You may browse the website and use the enquiry facilities for genuine business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, distribute malicious material, misuse personal information or use it unlawfully.

You may print or save public pages for your own internal consideration of our services. Gratia Group's branding and original content must not be reproduced commercially or presented as another business's material without permission. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners.

We aim to keep public information accurate, but it may be updated and is not a substitute for a written quote or an agreed technical review.

9. Cancellation, refunds and fair use

The Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the published approach to cancellation and delivered work. Recurring support is also subject to the Fair Use Policy and the scope in your engagement.

These policies do not remove statutory rights that apply to you or override a signed agreement that expressly provides different terms.

10. Website availability and liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every item of public information is error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Gratia Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for paid services is governed by the signed Client Service Agreement, not a new liability cap created by this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable matters.

11. Governing law and questions

These website terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. A signed client engagement may specify a different governing law where agreed in writing.

Questions, service concerns or proposed changes to a scope should be sent to info@gratiagroup.co.uk. Revised website terms apply from the revision date; they do not retrospectively rewrite an existing signed agreement.
